Cancellation Policy

At Terra Skin Clinic, we are committed to providing exceptional care and minimizing waiting times for all our patients. To ensure that we can offer timely appointments and as a courtesy to your fellow patients, we maintain a strict No Show and Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Notice: If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may need an appointment.

No-Show Policy: A patient who does not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, or cancels their appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, is considered a “no-show.” Exceptions are made for medical emergencies only.

Fees: A full appointment fee will be charged for no-shows or late cancellations. All incurred fees must be cleared before scheduling your next appointment.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive later than halfway through your scheduled appointment time, you may be required to reschedule if our schedule is fully booked. In such cases, the no-show policy fee may apply.
